My friend and I were treated like trash by the lady at the medications counter last Saturday. I have a prescription from Portugal for a medication for epilepsy. I need it urgently and the legislation is clear that prescriptions from an EU country should be accepted in other. Even another worker from the same pharmacy confirmed that.
The lady in question said she would not sell the medication. She even made xenophobic remarks saying we can't come from "whatever place" and buy medication in "her pharmacy". My friend who speaks French asked her to speak with a supervisor, which she denied.
Sadly, I did not note the name of that horrible person. Such person does not deserve to work with people, and does not deserve a job at all.
In case any admin or supervisor cares about dealing with this matter, the lady was in her 45-50 years old, dark medium hair, wearing glasses. She cannot continue breaking EU rules and treating people that way.

The pharmacy not respect protocol for people have special sickness like Diabetic even you are in position for die they ask you for nonsense , even they have your medical report and have information of your medicine in database they not help you and is shame they are business shop not medical place . The personnel is very rude and have not social education , for me this pharmacy only is famous that's all .

Very very rude staff, very bad service, bad experience. Go to other pharmacy. This place is not worth your time. Worst pharmacy I have ever been.

Awful employees. Rude and unhelpful. I purchased a wrong product that I wanted to return unused and unopened. Before purchasing, I asked if returns were possible to make sure. I went the next day to return and not only did the employee fail to even try and help me, they said “only change” and did not allow me to return my item. The store did not carry the desired item so exchanging was not an option. Avoid this location. The prices are 2-3 euros higher than other pharmacies anyways.
