I would like to say that when a customer asks for the equivalent of a medication, you should mention the side effects if it puts you to sleep for 6 hours. Had I been driving when I took the Nausicalm instead of the Vogalib as I asked for, the pharmacist would’ve placed my life in danger. No doubt about it, I would have fallen asleep at the wheel. Placing your trust in a pharmacists when he states it’s the equivalent of a medication they’re out of is very importation and I find this appalling that you do not take responsibility for not mentioning that the medication you gave me instead would knock me out for the next 6 hours. Went in today to ask for Vogalib, they were out so one of the pharmacists gave me something he said was exactly the same.. I ended up sleeping all day, I am still having trouble waking up. Do not trust these pharmacists advice on medication. edit: to respond to the comment, no one told me the side effects of the medicine. the one i asked for did not put you to sleep as opposed to this one. had i taken it while driving, i had no information whatsoever that this medication would put me to sleep. only the trust i had placed in the man who gave it to me, stating it was the equivalent of the medication i asked to begin with. next time mention the side effects of ANY medication you give to a customer when giving an “équivalant” to what they asked for to begin with.
