Extremely disappointed and feeling very badly treated by this company . I went for a covid test as the Gendarmerie had visited me twice on two days to make sure I was not infected; coming from U.K. I suggested to the girl who was doing the test that please don’t push the swab too far in my nose because firstly I had a very bad experience before with someone , and secondly it’s not necessary. She completely ignored my request and pushed the swab to the limit in both nostrils . I complained; however I also said thank you for conducting the test . The next thing is a guy came rushing out of the pharmacy ( by the way there is a portable shed outside : and no one is aware of any queues or procedure. It was freezing cold with about 10-12 people standing around ? For what ? Waiting for results or waiting to be tested ? ) So the guy says for me to leave . I said I’m sorry what’s happened ? He said I insulted his colleague. Well all I’d said was that it wasn’t necessary to give pain to the customers , and that was all . I said there must be a miscommunication because I certainly was not aggressive or loud or angry. He would not listen to reason, so my test was not going to happen . So I’d suffered at the hands of a delinquent , egotistical , proud and angry young lady whom was not going to have anything to do with me , even though she put me in pain . The man would not accept my apologies for saying something which was actually in order but not argumentative. I just stated and asserted what I know is correct procedure . If you want to stand around in the cold , with no one guiding you regarding queues or waiting or whom to speak with , and then get injured by an incompetent child , then it’s up to you . She said she had done 50 people today . I was as nice as I could be . So they don’t need to be gentle , kind or caring . The girl is a bully , and so is her colleague. Avoid .
