“Horrible 24/7 Medical Store Experience – Abusive Lady and Zero Help!” I visited this medical store expecting 24/7 service as advertised on Google Maps, but my experience was terrible. When I arrived, there was a small window with a sign saying “Ring Bell.” I rang the bell and knocked on the window for over 30 minutes while simultaneously calling the store multiple times. Despite their claim of being open 24/7, there was no response. When someone finally showed up, the customer service was appalling. I asked her for cough syrup, and when I requested Strepsils and fever medicine afterward, the pharmacist rudely responded, “Now you want to ask for them after I walked up and down for your cough syrup? I will see what I can do.” This sounded more like a threat than assistance from someone who’s supposed to help. I didn’t react to the rudeness and just paid politely to leave as quickly as possible, fearing her attitude might worsen. This behavior is completely unacceptable, especially from a medical professional. The store desperately needs better staff and improved customer service. Based on this experience, I would rate them below zero if I could. Avoid this place unless absolutely necessary.

Incompetent staff. I asked for a nasal spray for seasonal allergies. I warned the pharmacist I typically take very strong allergy medication because the mild variety never works for me. He gave me an herbal spray, and I told him again I probably need something stronger. He insisted it would work. It didn’t. I’ve been left unable to breathe for days and have to go to another pharmacy for proper medication. I would have received better medical advice at the KFC next door.

The woman at the counter was extremely rude and unkind to the customer in front of me and this customer was taking time but not being aggressive at all. I then asked the pharmacist one question and she was also very rude to me as well as not listening and being unhelpful. The pharmacist was more helpful but also was very unfriendly. Bad terrible customer service for even French standards.
