Quick service and friendly staff.

Amazing pricing, and really friendly staffs. Although you may need to queue for 10 minutes, but in my view it's totally worth the wait!

Long waiting time at the till.

I had a very strange experience with Trinationale pharmacy on 20th July 2020. I bought vitamins and lady told me it costed 285 Euro.. I gave 200. 50. 20 10 2 2 1 Euro.. when I went home, I looked at invoice it says 235 Euro. I went back and asked them why They charged me 285 Euro while invoice says 235 Euro.. They said they will look and inform...after 3 days ..today they called me and said that they have not identified an extra 50 Euro in their cash desk... First of all, you can identify an extra 50 Euro on the same day as cashier should check invoices and cash in cash desk every night after working hours.. If you are not speaking French, it is very difficult to communicate with them... I felt so sorry that they overcharged me by mistake and did not correct their mistake.. 50 Euro ???? is not an amount that you can miss easily..

The pharmacist doesn’t speak English and is very arrogant to english speaking clients. It’s like a supermarket and not a pharmacy, after selling medicine they continue speaking with the clients half an hour like neighbors and other clients need to wait. I was speaking english and german but the pharmacist continued speaking french.

It's a pharmacy in general but very crowded after normal working hours. After 6 pm sometimes it can take up to half hour just to buy a tablet from prescription/ordonance
