Staff is very intolerant and rude towards your questions. It happened to me two times. Really not nice experience. I will Not go there again.

One star just cause I can’t rate them lower!!! I asked them to please hold on and wait for me a couple of minutes past their closing time because I desperately needed some medication, and it seemed to be the only open pharmacy in the city - the lady who spoke English was like “no, I am very sorry come tomorrow, we open at 8 am!”. They work in the “medical services”, they are supposed to help people!! And the other pharmacist who doesn’t speak English, was trying to tell me off on the phone saying that she doesn’t understand what I m saying, just so that she can get rid of me faster in the phone! Terrible, terrible customer service!!

Very unprofessional. I ordered an important medication, paid and waited 2 days to come just to get a response that it’s unavailable!! How do you sell something which is unavailable!!! You play with people’s health and life. Unacceptable!

Very bad service - you wait 20 minutes for someone to see you despite they are 5 or 6 inside! After the antigen test I had to wait way more than the time required to get the results. The person who performed the test had forgotten whether or not they gave me the result.. when I told him I’m still waiting, he went and disappeared for another 5 minutes before I get my results.

The testing TENT is a mess. I waited over an hour in line, which is fine- they cant control the amount of people that arrive, but then after my test i waited 45 minutes for my results and the lady was rude when i asked why people that tested after me were getting their results before me. Also the price for the antigen test is completely unfair.
