I go to this pharmacie very frequently, and I am always impressed and continually surprised how efficient and polite the staff of this well kept, clean, and organised pharmacie are! I have never left a review before, but now I feel it’s almost my duty to tell everyone else that they provide an outstanding service and deserve more then just a 5star review!

Great service. After going to another pharmacy in Annemasse that treated us like inconveniences, this pharmacy is the polar opposite. The staff were friendly and helpful. They were super busy but they did their best to keep order and get through the queue. Best pharmacy in Annemasse! (They do antigen tests in the mornings and evenings apparently).

We tried to make the covid test here - there’re no reserved time slots, no electronic queue. We had to wait on the street under the harsh sun for 2 hrs. The employees were nice but helpless, the process is completely broken and unorganized. If you have options, it’s better to avoid this place.
