Worst pharmacy I have ever been to in 24 years living in France. To avoid at any cost.
Extremely unhelpful and bad advice.
Especially the Middle Aged blond women was very unfriendly.

This pharmacy has the worst customer service I have ever encountered since being in France ( 12 years). There was a miscommunication and I just asked to have the prescription that I prepaid for. They could not do this as a couple months had passed. The product was not a product that expires in 2 months so I assumed they could give me the product. They could not, so I asked to be reimbursed and they would not do this nor exchange for another product. This prescription was over 50 euro. I was to call back and talk to another pharmasicist, I did this and she was very abrupt and then became extremely aggressive, she told me too bad for me and would not be reimbursed... I had to hang up!
