I felt discriminated... I had some issued with scanning my covid passport, I went there to ask if there is something wrong. The answer was: I can't help anyone with covid passports from Romania. France it's not accepting this...
They couldn't even want to tell me what might be the problem.

Typical French resort crooks. My girlfriend went in to buy some tape to provide padding for a hurting ski shoe. Owners did not let her buy what she wanted saying it wouldn't work. She was forced to buy some extra product to be able to buy what she needed. Very bad customer service from manager there. Unfortunately they are the only one in val Claret. Avoid and go to Tignes Le Lac if possible.

We asked for travel sickness medicine. They gave us homeopathic pills. When we took them back for a refund they refused, and tried to convince us that "these work really well" and "it's just your opinion". When we asked for something based on science instead, they sold us some sleeping pills.
