We had a large group of people who needed 'pass sanitaire' as well as COVID tests. The team at Pharmacy Les Trois Vallees were fantastic in their assistance and very professional in their work. I could not recommend them more strongly!!

My fellow travelers and I used their services to obtain our vaccine passes and testing prior to our departure back to the USA. Their staff was incredibly helpful and their services flawless.

This was the worst customer experience I have ever had. I was very ill and went early to the pharmacy to get antibiotics. I was met with a very rude response saying I needed to get a doctors prescription. After getting a prescription from a doctor in England I rang and asked a member of staff (Thibaut) if this was sufficient he said I should come back to the pharmacy again. I explained it would be a twenty minute walk back to the pharmacy and if it really would be worthwhile me coming, Thibaut said it was. After a 20 minute walk I was met with another rude response. A complete waste of time. I eventually got my prescription after seeing french doctor. As well as this the prices are extortionate. Would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone it almost seemed as if the staff were pleased to not serve me.

Extremely professional and friendly services received from a young lady (with glasses) pharmacist in this Val Thorens chemist. I was making enquiries about certain skin care products (Filorga etc) and this helpful chemist showed me a number of really effective products and gave me samples which I took back to the hotel and tried. Would definitely visit upon next visit to Val Thorens!!! Keep up the services !!!
