Plusieurs visites déjà effectuées, aujourd’hui pour des produits beauté La Rosée. La dame brune bien avenante sans forcer à l’achat on apprécie !

First of all, I am an American that speaks very little French. My wife and I arrived in town on June 1 and I was feeling a little sick. By June 2, I had an extremely painful sore throat, fever, aches, and pains. I administered a self covid test I brought with me to see if that was the problem. The test came back negative. My throat was so sore I couldn’t sleep or talk. I was worried it may be Strep throat. I tried to find an urgent care like I would back in the US but those do not exist here. I was so week that wife decided to go to the pharmacy near us to see if they could help. After trying to communicate with one of the retail clerks who spoke very little English, they recommended that we wait to talk to Aurelie Lafon who was helping someone else. They said she spoke very good English. My wife did wait and speak to Aurelie, who is a pharmacist, and she told my wife that they have a service of doing a video call with a doctor who could then prescribe medication if it was warranted. Aurelie said that she would translate to the French speaking doc for us. My wife came and got me and I got dressed and went down to the pharmacy. Aurelie did everything she said and filled our prescriptions recommended by the doctor. She spent time with us to make sure I got the care I needed to get well. She was kind, patient, and understanding. I felt she went above and beyond to make sure we were well cared for and I recommend her business to anyone who needs pharmacy/medical care

Je viens depuis peu dans cette pharmacie mais à chaque fois nous avons été reçu avec le sourire, la douceur et la bienveillance. Merci d'avoir mis en place le service de test antigenique c'est bien pratique en ces temps difficiles, pas évident pour vous j'imagine, pas toujours facile à faire vu le nombre de personnes qui attendent parfois ! Je vous souhaite beaucoup de courage et vous remercie pour votre accueil !

Extremely professional, helpful and friendly staff. My wife and I, along with two friends, arrived in France at the end of August w/o our "passes sanitaire" which we had dutifully ordered weeks before we left the US, but had never arrived. Indeed, we were warned not to inquire again after we did so. We got to Amboise the day after we arrived in Paris. Despite being VERY busy with a crush of COVID tests, the pharmacists at Pharmacie du mail listened to our dilemma, took our vaccination and test information, processed our applications and gave us our passes in about an hour. Then, when my wife's pass didn't work because of a date typo, the next day they got her a new one! The day after that we got an email from the French government telling us that due to high demand, they never did process our applications and we should just start over! The pass sanitaire is an important part of France's fight against the pandemic, and not having one is problematic. The people of this pharmacy, by their kindness and dedication to their duties, made our entire stay in France easier and more enjoyable. Merci!
