The pharmacist here is very helpful with effective treatments for illness and doesn't only find solutions in $big $pharma products. I feel his approach is balanced and I feel that I can trust his advice. Trust is much more important than service and let's face it, you're never going to get good service in Luxembourg so I have no idea why people single out this place as poor service. I go to a pharmacist I can trust above any other experience!

A very poor choice,one can sense the stress and incompetence of the person to complete tasks and this requires the assistance of one or two people additional! This does not inspire confidence in younger clients who prefer to go to central station or Cloche d'Or.

Feels like you're a delinquent when this pharmacy has night shift... Is there no way to install an acceptable ergonomic counter? I feel sorry for the staff

Worst pharmacy in the world. So rude so unfriendly!!! Specially the blond woman with curly hair!! Worst customer service than I never had. Avoid this place

OK if you have a headache - they have plenty of paracetamol. Everything else they will have one exemplary or none at all. So they may try to convince you to buy something else or in another form. Most of the staff is unfriendly, which is fine, but don't ask too much advice because they won't give you an impression that they excel at pharmaceutics.
