Used at night as turist with fever. Very kind, helped me at 4 a.m.

Very bad experience!!! I did an antigenic test. This man very deeply pushed the swab inside my nose i screamed so loudly and my reflex was to push his arm away from me. The swab got stuck inside my nose and when he removed it i was heavily bleeding. He dared to say the he did not even go that far like he felt was i felt unbelievable. he was not gentle at all and he did not even apologized he said that i am not going to teach his job! His job that he cannot do properly. I went back to the pharmacy and they kindly helped me cleaning my nose and they say they would talk to him. The reason i am writing now is because my nose is bleeding again , after this event yesterday! This man should have a training again on how to do a test they dont need to go that far for me to be bleeding during after a test. If the bleeding occurs again i will have to see a doctor to check if something is damaged and take this case further...I dont have his name but i have the date and time. 12/03/2022 between 6-7pm.

Very good one where it’s open mostly all the time.
