Unfriendly staffs and products expensive

I was at your pharmacy and for a long time I have not met a person in paris who is so dedicated and human relax and who will give you a full time needed to pass on any advices which will be beneficial and anticipate your request. Thank you mrs lucienne for making my shopping so beneficial and enjoyable.

Products are extensive that’s what the star is for. Staff are very unfriendly. I approached a staff and asked about a product. She gave me an “I don’t know” then wanted to walk away. I had to ask if there’s anyone else who would know. She just said “Go ask my colleague”. In the process of shopping I also observed that they ignored Asian customers completely. Two of the staff walked out from their own room and I asked if I would get help. They simply walked by me without saying anything. One even brushed shoulders with me but didn’t say a word other than staring back. The other paused for a second and pointed to one of the staff n asked me to go ask him. Meanwhile those same people offered help initiatively to french-speaking customers and checked on their wellbeing. While still simple ignoring the Asian customer. The only person who came over and checked on Asian most was the security person. This whole experience has been surprisingly disappointing and I was so frustrated that I actually type this comment in the store. The staff hostility and unhelpfulness was absolutely unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to any of my friends, well of course, unless they look and speaks french.
