A staff charge me fee for validation medicament and validation traitement. But there was no explanation about that. I have used this store for 3 years. But it is first time for me to pay those fee. Very disappointed.

The staff is for the most part helpful and quite friendly, which anyone who's had to deal with pharmacists in Geneva will appreciate. Other positive points include the well-stocked OTC area and very competitive prices.

In response to the owner below: what happened to me at your drugstore was already dealt with; though it still fell short of an apology by your manager, but it was quite preposterous. Basically, your staff had changed the closing hours so they could go on vacation earlier; whereby I was left without my medication during the Christmas holiday period! This, in spite the fact that the same staff had told me to come fetch the medication at those hours the day before, and not in the nicest way, may I add.
