Behaviour of their employees are so much bad, I waited long time it's my turn employee should do my work because I don't know the rules even they don't want to answer to people correctly, I don't recommend to any person go there, because I think their ressource humaine only had hought about someone with good "être pistonné " not really by professionals basis it's so upset that why I recommend pharmacies popular of Geneva they are really good they learn good behaviour before start their only pharmacy lessons, so much bad they put a machine to take a number but they choose the client by their taste which one his or her work isn't too much, lazy and irresponsible, other one in Augustin unfortunately is the same I saw not one time this bad behaviour, I think director if want to stay in this concurence with pharmacy Avamita or pharmacy popular should change method of learning, part of ressources humaines and learn them clients are their occupation not anything more they should put their time for clients what means they don't have time for some of them it's terrible, so much RACIST

Friendly staff and large selection of medication. Can get quite busy though.

Waiting time is very long since the staff memebers are unprofessional and they would rather chat with one another, than to do their job. Prices for most of the products are much more expensive here than in other shops or other countries. Lack of basic products such as razor blades. Would not recommend unless you have no other better choice.

Excellent service from one of the attendants who spoke English.

Staff dispensed the wrong formulation of my daughter's eye drops. Then they refused to apologize. Rude, no respect for the customer. Not professional. Very disappointed.
