I was charged almost 8 fr on top of each prescribed item as validation of medication and treatment cost, the prescription was a shampoo and cream. I was never charged these additional costs in the other pharmacy stores.

Worst customer service! The staff is so rude! I was looking for a typical sunscreen from a brand I love, they didnt have it. I had to find one from another brand but since im heavily allergic to chemical UV filters, i needed to be sure to choose a new sunscreen that is suitable. The staff was not only unwilling to assist me, but also unable to give product’s info which they should be trained for. In the end, to be sure i wont have bad allergies, i had to test the product on my hand, which she didnt allow me!! She also clearly gave me bad attitude compared to other french-speaker clients, just because im not from here. Such a brilliant idea to treat clients who already had purchase intention ! I felt mistreated & discriminated!

The staff at the makeup/perfume section is unfriendly and disrespectful. Being foreigner we were looked upon with suspicion and clearly treated differently than other customers.

Very disappointing service. My husband came in late in the evening to fill a prescription for our children. It was the only pharmacy open at that hour close to us. Unfortunately the pharmacy made a mistake in issuing wrong size equipment for administration of the medication. I rushed back to exchange it and was surprised to find the pharmacy closed earlier then the indicated time. We have no way to administer my daughters medication now, which she is supposed to receive every 4 hours. Two pharmacists signed off on the prescription and not one checked if it was correct. Unacceptable.

Each time I go they've been super nice and helpful. The only pharmacy open all week long, 16 hours a day in Geneva. I've been able to get last minute medicine for myself, my wife, my daughter... sure prices are a bit high but they literally work an insane amount of hours under a lot of stress. Thank you for your service! For all those complaining about the prices, all you have to do is go to another pharmacy, there are hundreds in Geneva, but they will probably be closed.
