Bad staff, with bad education. I hope you close as soon as possible! I strongly advise against this pharmacy if you don't want to be treated badly and if you don't want to be scammed.

Unfortunately, we found ourselves in that pharmacy, where in addition to charging us 47 francs for a Covid test to come back to Italy, the test also fell to the ground. The pharmacist, thinking that we would not have noticed it, eh calmly rubbed it by collecting it and giving us false results and without even a proof to prove the same. He didn't even give us a result sheet attesting to our health condition. ABSOLUTELY AVOID this pharmacy!!!! You may find yourself in a very bad situation.

Waited for 20 minutes while the Pharmacist looking at me when the turn comes he tells me we are closed very rudely, although 30 minutes were left for the place to be closed. Reply to his comment: You are still rude with your reply! and no sir you don’t have to work until 10PM, I was there at 8, not 9!

As usual in a Pharmacy, I was expecting some advice about the product. However, they said to me that they didn’t have the time to explain. It was a 134 CHF vitamin and nothing was said. Also, I realized it was too expensive. There are three more pharmacies around, don’t go to this one!

I do not recommend it. incompetent. I came there looking urgently for some product for a bad burn care. I explained what kind of substance>product im looking for, but the man in the pharmacy was insisting on some gel, which probably he had to advertise! He was insisting so much that I ended up by buying this super expensive gel - regret it so badly now, did not help.
