J'y vais dans cette pharmacie pour mon chat Abel. Pendant le COVID, ils avaient conçu un médicament pour l'insuffisance rénale des animaux domestiques (chien, chat) car celui-ci n'était plus livrable. Très appréciable pendant cette période qui fût cauchemardesque ! À noter aussi que le personnel est très serviable. Je vous la recommande ????

I had to quickly take a train to Paris, and there were no pharmacies taking walk in customers for a rapid covid test. The Grenus staff were adorably friendly and they listened to me and even took time on their lunch break to help me, I can not thank them enough! :)

I had a flight back to the UK at 2p.m on 24th Dec and I needed to take a test to get on board, but I could not book any covid test online in Geneva. I ran in vain round Geneva at 7a.m to look for all pharmacy stores in order to get tested but none of them accepted walk-in customers. I was a little bit panic so I gave it a try and asked this pharmacy store for the second time if I could take a test here (since they rejected me the day before). The pharmacist was absolutely helpful that he gave me a slot at 08:50, which was even 10 minutes before their testing service started. I got tested and could make it back to the UK on the 24/12. I couldn't thank him and the staff there enough for their kindness!

Friendly staff both on the phone and in the shop. They carry flea and tick medicine for dogs, have decent hours, and are quick and helpful in the shop.
