Wonderfull experience, good products, nice staff who remember the clients and their treatment. Especially suited for people who prefer alternative medicine. Staff are openminded about it. The Pharmacist D.Ponci is the absolute best! She takes the time to explain what is happening to your body and what you can/should do to help it. She has helped my husband’s eczema and food intolerances in a way that no doctor has even been able to do for him. We are eternally grateful for D.Ponci and Pharmacie des Banques.

Most horrible experience ever, rude staff. Today I want inside looking for a medicine, as i don't speak and write French or German, Which were written on the medicine, i want to use Google translation to understand it better, the rude female staff refused to show me the medicine again, and telling me to trust her expertise. I said i trust you but i want to see what ingredients it contains. She refuses to explain to me nor let me see the medicine. I was so angry on such a service in Switzerland. On how local could treat people who don't speak French well. Do people who don't speak French deserve this and take any medicine without needing to understand what is consist of? Anyone knows where i can get this justice?
