Wat een slechte service! Geen Nederlands or neither english!
I called to the day before asking about the hours of antigenique tests, and I was informed that they executed until 18u.
I arrived at 17h20 and to my surprise the lady said that she could not perform the test because she had too much work to do...is her work more important than mine?
STAY AWAY OF THIS PLACE GUYS!

WORST PHAMARCIE EVER! Please do not trust in the information that they give you by phone, once you are in the local everything is different and people are really not willing to help you, AT ALL! I’ve called yesterday and they told me that rapid antigenic test are made from 10 until 18, I left my job earlier ( just a side note I live in Gent, almost one hour to get here around 17:15) and they did not make it, saying that testing closes at 17! Really disappointing, I will never come back!!!!

I’m a regular customer for the last two years and a half, helpful and very kind staff. You can find many good offers for some products. When you need a specefic medicine, they can order it in a couple of hours for you. They can speak French and English.
