My experience at Pharmacy Secundum Artem in Brussels, Belgium was one of the best pharmacy experiences I’ve had in Europe (AND THE US!!). Two of my friends and I needed Covid antigen tests to go back to the US and UK. They all spoke perfect English and explained the whole process, from receiving a code to inputting it into the Covid Safe app to retrieving our QR code. They were very gentle and careful when they did the Covid swab, and they verbally told us our results within minutes and we received our codes minutes after that. They are also one of the only pharmacies open for Covid testing all week (Saturday and Sunday included). I really can’t say enough how nice, kind, warm, and helpful all of the staff was. They also gladly answered my other medical questions in perfect English. I HIGHLY recommend this pharmacy to anyone who is in the Brussels area!

What more can I say? They're really great -- and go out of their way (making custom preparations and ordering specific items -- like a wheelchair rental at 0,50€ per day!). Great customer service.
