Gilles and Francisca are experienced pharmacists who speak good English and provide very professional advise. The two other regular staff are quite good also. I do recognise the complaints made by some other reviewers, some of the trainees are not helpful at all. But I do recommend this pharmacy, just see that you speak with the more experienced staff members and you will be in good hands.

Very unfriendly and unhelpful service.
I went to the pharmacy straight after being discharged from the hospital for a surgery. I was clearly tired and confused, and I didnt know how the prescription/mutuelle/healthcare system works in this country. The pharmacist did not help me at all and they did not even tell me that a bigger and cheaper box for a medication was available. Terrible

Absolutely horrific experience. They gave me homeopathic pills when I explicitly asked for, well, actual medicine. Ridiculously overpriced, and the rude young lady’s attitude definitely doesn’t help.

Overpriced, especially for baby products. I paid for physiomer iso baby spray 14.45 euros, online the price is 6 euros.I can understand 30% charge but not twice more.

They don't speak Dutch nor English. I ask for Dafalgan, she asked in which form (in French), I answered "pil/pill". She didn't understand me. Must be the first pharmacist I met that doesn't know what a pill is, but I guess in Brussels it's all possible.
