Best pharmacy in Annecy. We needed Covid tests to cross over to Italy. The pharmacists here are the kindest, most professional people and they speak great English, which makes it a lot easier if your French is as terrible as mine! The tests were taken within the same day and for free. I had difficulties receiving the results the day after and I rang them twice to check and they were kind and sorted the problem out in no time. The place to go if you need anything during your stay in Annecy.

When entering the store, as the only customer at that moment, both staff members made eye contact but didn't greet me when I greeted them. In addition when I couldn't find a product they had disappeared to the back of the store and made no effort to offer any help.

Excellent and helpful staff. Even though most didn't speak English they were willing to be as nice as possible.
We asked for some very specific items which they gladly helped us with.
