I did a COVID test with my girlfriend . We were supposed to get the result in 15min . The result never arrived for.both of.us neither an email not a phone text ( on our french number ) despite calling and asking for the result they never agree to tell us the result nor give a QR code . After 24h without result ( missing our travel obviously) they didn't accept to refund . Do not go there . They also refuse auto-test not profitable enough as it has to be half price according to french law

I was so sick with sinus infection. The staffs were so helpful and provided tel-a-doc services and even helped with English translation with the doctor who only spoke French. Finally they were able to dispense the antibiotics for me. A life savers !
