Great pharmacy! Super helpful staff

Poor experience. I came in with vaccination card and negative test and asked for a Green Pass. The woman behind the counter told me to come back tomorrow or try a pharmacy in Chamonix, even though this pharmacy is the only one in the region open on Sundays. ????

The pharmacy looks nice and is very clean, and the staff does speak English. The woman working on 13 February 2022 spoke English well enough to tell us that she would not prepare the documentation to sell us a green pass/vaccine pass, although hers was the only pharmacy open in the area for that purpose. The pass is necessary to enter any hotel, restaurant, store, or attend a public gathering in France. The store did not close for 35 minutes, and it takes five for the pass, but you could see her decide that she was not going to do it, and waive us off with no apologies. We had no recourse, and that was the only pharmacy open in the area, as each region is required to only have one pharmacy open late for the purposes we needed. She directed us to the next town, although she and I both knew that Chamonix had no open pharmacies at the moment. She told us we can come back tomorrow, and shooed us away. Perhaps on her vacation to the United States, someone will treat her better than she treated us in France.
