Pharmacie du Rocher

Ma pharmacie depuis 10 ans. Accueil agréable et toujours de bons conseils.

Je fréquente cette pharmacie depuis plus de 10 ans et j’ai toujours été satisfait. Ils ont une vraie préoccupation de rendre service. Je suis surpris par les avis à 1 étoile et constate que tous les autres sont à 5 étoiles.

Résidente de saint mandé depuis 4 ans, si au début j'hésitais entre les deux pharmacies de la rue, maintenant plus de doute. A la pharmacie du Rocher ils sont accueillant et de très bon conseil. Tandis que l'autre pharmacie de la rue m'a systématiquement accueilli de manière soit expéditive soit malpoli, et condescendente.

The owner responded, that horrible woman who shouted at me multiple time to my face must be the owner. I cannot reply on her comment so I added here. I did not try any product, they wrongly placed the lotion bottle up side down as if they are sticks on the shelf and labeled it with a “stick” sign (which when she realised her mistake she quickly took the label away and hide it, so bad). When I pick it up the bottle, the top fell off. As a sensible citizen, when the bottle top fell off ( because they placed it upside down), instead of walk away, I called them and try to explain the situation so they can take care of it. Have I known she’s is a bully and racist, I should have just walked away. Maybe she lie to herself that it’s my fault that I was trying things on so she feel better about her racist self. I should have just left instead of allowing her charge my credit card. Lesson’s learnt on my side and god will look out for her. Normal ppl will not out of suddenly become horrible. AVOID this PLACE! the staff at this pharmacy is super rude and rasicst. The woman shout at me multiple times “shut up”, “get out”, and threaten to call police if I don’t leave. They mistakenly placed sun lotion bottle upside down as if it’s a sun stick, with the label “stick” listed on the shelf. I was shopping for sun stick for kids, so after reading the label I pick up the bottle , and the lotion fell out. Normally when such accident happens I would explain to the store so they can clean it up. I was not expecting the staff being this rude and unreasonable so instead of walk away I called them and explained the situation. Guess what, the women forced me to pay for something with wrong label and wrong price . She keeps saying I broke it, and shout they don’t speak English and keep shouting at me shut up and get out. If anyone think we are all human and all equal, please do her a favour and avoid this store. I did not bring my phone otherwise I would film the whole thing

The customer service was fantastic. Very friendly staff that understand their products and how to match it to client’s needs.
