The woman from the cashier desk the one that’s near the exit was really rude and arrogant today. I am shopping here every week and all of the other people found my fidelity card without a problem. The woman from today was unable to find it and her attitude towards me was extremely rude and arrogant. As if I was lying about having a fidelity card. She said she checked and that’s it I was supposed to pay and leave. I am not responsible for her inability to use a computer but she could’ve just said I am sorry and I wouldn’t mind. But this disgraceful attitude will stop me from going there anymore. I don’t know how you can allow such people to work here but you are supposed to train them before letting them have contact with clients. What should be common sense it doesn’t exist here. It is huge! I've never been to such a large pharmacy in my life. I must admit - I love French pharmacies in general as they can cater for all sorts of needs not just medications and I can spend quite a lot of time browsing their shelves. This time, I needed some medication for my sinusitis and I was particularly looking for a herbal option, which I was offered by a very friendly and attentive pharmacist.

This is one of the biggest in France. You can get your pharmacy needs and at the same time shop some of the most luxurious brands or even stock up on face masks. There is so much here and at very reasonable prices. Before going to any other pharmacy to make any medical or beauty purchases, I come here. Whereas many pharmacies don't always have what I am looking for, this place has so much to choose from. The only reason I removed a star was because I was looking for a particular product my first time here. Most pharmacies have it. But not all had the specific product I was looking for. I asked a saleswoman who so kind informed me that they did have it and handed me a product which was very similar to the one I was looking for. Trusting her, I go to the register to buy it. I only found out it wasn't what I was looking for when I compare Google images. I go back to return it and was told the product I need is out of stock EVERYWHERE and the product I bought was clearly not it but that they couldn't give me my money back. Store policy. I had to talk to 3 different people to convince them that it wasn't my fault and that I was advised by a saleswoman that it was what I was looking for. Even then, they accepted that that did probably happen, but they usually do not give money back but that they would exceptionally... My advice: Buyer beware. Know what you need and photograph it even before buying a product you aren't sure is the correct one at this store. From other reviews I am reading, this seems to be an issue they have regularly with their salespeople... Other than that, I do love this store.

Great pharmacy. Enormous spread in so many brands. Besides the shopping experience is great since it's spacious and the salespeople are available to recommend products. So much better than equivalent pharmacies in Paris where it's cramped and one can hardly get any advice (if they even make it inside that is!)
