I was unfairly charged twice for a service and a medicine, even though I initially specifically asked about the fees (so that I could make an informed decision on where to buy the product - which I had spoke to the pharmacist about. I believe this to be a basic right for a customer). The pharmacist was unable to give me a full and useful answer instead said that 'they had to make a living'. I was not asking 'why' they charged, but 'what' they charged. The chip that they have on their shoulder, IMO, should not be projected onto the customer. My question related to the fees. A useful and honest answer would have been to say how it is: we charge CHF 3.25 for each time you buy with an ordonnance in the pharmacy + CHF 4.30 for each medicine that you buy. This gives customers a clear idea on how it works and what to decide as a consequence. On a CHF 15 medicine, having to pay the additional CHF 7.75 twice (CHF 15 in total - so double the cost of the medicine) seems like they are border line taking advantage, and it seems to have crossed the mind of neither the pharmacist nor the manager when we were discussing options. Note to the pharmacy: when someone asks for a fair and simple information, please just answer it. It's not about you, it's about them.

Superbe accueil, sympathique, professionnel, efficace

Les employés proposent les articles de marque Amavita plus cher que les autres génériques en assurant que ce sont les moins chers. Pratique choquante, je ne retournerai plus dans une de leurs pharmacies.

C'est une petite pharmacie ou l'accueil est très aimable et le service compétant même s'il faut parfois patienter un peu. Les conseils sont plus que satisfaisants et professionnels. Un grand merci pour votre écoute.
