The Pharmacy Reine Pharma was great. We saved time & money getting the tests here. Had the results in an hour. They even printed our test results on request. The Pharmacy folks were professional and courteous. They also helped us with selection of over the counter medication.

"Rapid" antigen covid test. We filled a form and did the test in no time but then we were told to wait 15min to get the code and then 30min-1hr to get the results. After 30min we recieved our codes but they were different from each other: mine was via email and my girlfriend's was via SMS. We tried to see if they worked and only the SMS code actually did. So we went back to pharmacy and explained the situation but one of the guys didnt want to listen and kept shouting that we had to wait even though it made no sense that we received different codes.
We waited and the SMS code was giving the result and the email one didnt, so we came back (yes, again) and fortunately we were able to talk to a different pharmacist who understood what happened and solved it.

Slow “rapid” COVID test
We went for our “15-minute” rapid COVID test for pre-travel. The test was done rapidly but delayed for seven hours being submitted to produce a travel certificate. We missed our ferry and had to spend €hundreds to stay an extra day to take the ferry the next day. And three trips back to the pharmacy to correct the problem.
