Si le personnel côté pharmacie est agréable et de bons conseils, le côté '' non médical '' avec notamment les produits de beauté a un personnel très désagréable. La vendeuse m'a carrément tourné le dos en pleine conversation, un vrai manque de respect. Malgré que j'étais une cliente régulière je ne reviendrais plus à moins d'y être obligée.

If you don't like tight aisles then this is not your place. Plenty of choices with the skincare and such. Mine wife like it and the employees where very helpful

Undesirable experiences twice but braved a third to get some vitamins and Caudalie items. The customer line grew longer at the main register (non-pharmacist), as the employee opted instead to help a woman with her 500 skin routine questions.. They stood there chatting about skincare forever, rang up one customer amidst it, chatted more (the customer seriously holding up a whole line stretching to the door…) and then finally I was acknowledged and told to go to the pharmacist line, which was also long. Why? So you can chat more about common knowledge to someone not even remotely self-aware? The women behind me and myself put all our stuff back and left. Just ridiculous. We should have left the stuff for the employee to put back so she could see all the business they lost. Lost a ton of business when the woman asking questions she can find online if she’s really that clueless probably didn’t buy anything. Her hands were empty the entire time. Went to the similar store down the hall and though the employee was chatting with a friend, still rang me up and sent me on my way in adequate time. Never did find the Caudalie sunscreen at that store though. Remember MONEY is important to staying in business…. Customer service also applies to everyone, not just one person holding up business. BUYERS BEWARE: tons of other pharmacies that appreciate your business and understand the visit should be quick and efficient.

I bought a night cream from Lierac there for 50 euros. At home I noticed that the package was already opened and half of the product taken out!! What a scam! I am trying to call them to inform them about it but they are just hanging up the phone. So rude. Can’t believe that!! ????
