La meilleure pharmacie de Genève pour ses conseils et pour la gamme de produits Aromazone à un prix très abordable! On peut aussi leur remettre des médicaments non utilisés qui seront donnés aux plus nécessiteux.

J’aime énormément cette pharmacie. Le personnel est très sympathique et toujours de bon conseil. Ils ont un très grand choix de produits dont la marque aroma zone. Je recommande vivement !

Very unpleasant experience. You should avoid this pharmacy. I went in for a simple covid test (to travel to the UK), and was immediately 'told off' in a disrespectful and patronising way for an admin issue with the appointment booking which I knew nothing about and was not responsible for. Then, noticing that I was not a native speaker of French, the pharmacist made no attempt to hide an exaggerated 'theatrical' impatience with me, which I found to be rude and highly unprofessional. Perhaps the worst thing, however, was how the pharmacist forced me to pay 140 CHF for a PCR test which I probably didn't need. Antigen tests were free at the time in Switzerland, and these were accepted by the UK authorities as long as they met certain criteria. I told this to the pharmacist, who initially refused to look at the criteria. When I managed to get her to take notice, she claimed not to know whether the antigen tests they had were suitable. But if a pharmacist doesn't know, who does?! All she had to do was read the packet, but she clearly had no intention of doing this. I can only surmise that she wanted 140 CHF for the PCR, rather than 0 CHF for the antigen. She left me with no choice but to pay in order to be sure I could travel. I found this to be unethical. All of which is to say... I was disrespected, taken advantage of, and ultimately forced to pay Pharmacie Bedat money for something I probably didn't need. The pharmacist's behaviour fell far short of the standards you would expect from a healthcare professional.

I love this pharmacy! It's probably my favorite one in Geneva. They carry Dr Bronner's Castille soap in all sizes and in all scents and when I tell you I take trips to the US just to buy it!! They also have all kinds of essential oils for the home and for skincare. If you know what aroma zone is ( a french DIY store for skincare and chemicals ) they carry a bunch of items from them. I don't know the sales associates but they're pretty sweet to me when I go there.

Although it is my favourite pharmacy (great sortiment choice), I was terribly disappointed that they dont provide any guarantee on the shoes they sell. I got a problem with my shoe after 3 month of having it (normal usage) and they didnt provide any compensation and even said that the shoes are not of quality which really surprised me :/. They said they dont provide guarantee as per Swiss law, but then I learned other places do. Therefore I dont recommend buying shoes there.
